I offer different levels/intensities of Vinyasa classes, ensuring that students can challenge themselves or follow a softer practice.

The power of stillness

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and surrender. Poses are held for several minutes, reaching deeper layers of the body and releasing built-up tension. Yin can bring different challenges - whether it’s quieting the mind, staying with sensation, or learning to let go. In my classes, I aim to create an inviting space where you can soften, breathe, and find stillness in both body and mind.
